Biography
American of noted family, the daughter of stage and screen star, Ethel Merman, and her second husband, newspaper executive Robert Levitt. She and her siblings took the name of Merman's third husband, Robert Six, the president of Continental Airlines.
She married William Geary in 1960 and they had two children. The couple later separated.
Levitt died at a vacation cabin at Green Mountain Falls, near Colorado Springs, on 23 August 1967 of a drug overdose that was ruled accidental.
