Newsletter January 2019

This is the monthly newsletter from Astrodienst with a short overview of the current quality of time and news from our website www.astro.com.

The current quality of time

Image: JupiterThe new year starts with a lot of momentum. A tenacious struggle against stubborn opposition alternates with a hopeful mood of optimism and a certain pressure to act. In addition, sudden, unexpected events should be expected.

Generous Jupiter in Sagittarius is in tension with peaceful Neptune in Pisces. Dreams of a better world now want to be more than just dreams. When Venus then joins Jupiter in the last third of the month, the longing could become so great that the realization can no longer be delayed, whatever the cost. The partial solar eclipse on January 6, flanked by Saturn and Pluto, as well as the total lunar eclipse on January 21, however, tell of smoldering power conflicts, and many a dream runs the risk of being knocked out of the skies. With Mars in Aries, open conflict could break out here and there.

The conjunction of Jupiter and Venus - the greater and lesser Benefic - could nevertheless reach the collective consciousness with a few new ideas for the benefit of the world. With this constellation, love may also surprise with some new blossoms.
