Biography
American baby born during Hurricane Brett. The winds forced her family to evacuate from their home and take refuge in a naval base's emergency facility. A physician screening the evacuees notice that her mother was having contractions and the parents were transported to a hospital where the baby soon arrived. Her siblings were cared for at the shelter.
