Biography

German physician, professor of medicine at the German University of Strassburg (today Strasbourg), and vitamin researcher, who wrote the book, Ernährungslehre: Grundlagen und Anwendung (Nutrition: Fundamentals and Application). He died on 20 April 1964, aged 81.
