Biography
Brazilian singer, songwriter and actor whose first album, Berlim, Texas (2010), received the Aposta MTV award at the VMB 2010, and featured actress Alice Braga in the music video for the song "Nightwalker." In 2011 the singer was mentioned in a list by The Guardian, he played at the American festival South by Southwest, and participated in the Som Brasil program on Rede Globo. Thiago acted in the film Amores Urbanos.
His album Mal dos Trópicos (2019) was considered one of the top 25 albums of the first half of 2019 by the São Paulo Association of Art Critics. His song "Forasteiro" was part of the soundtrack of the primetime soap opera Velho Chico, and his song "Romeo" was chosen as the soundtrack of the series Shippados, distributed by Globoplay.
