Biography
German graphic artist, sculptor, narrator, playwright, essayist, lyricist, and dramaturge who wrote under the pseudonym "Fritz Fliege". He is known for stories like "Die Powenzbande" (1930), "Der Zwerg" (1928) and "Squirrel" (1954). Several of his works were made into films e.g. "Squirrel" in 1955. He died on 27 January 1955 in Munich at age 62.
