Biography
Mexican astrologer and homicide victim. He was the author of "A Scientific Approach to the Metaphysics of Astrology." He was strangled to death in bed during a robbery on 15 July 1985, Mexico City, Mexico.
Update: The NCGR member letter Nov/Dec 2013 gives his death date as 30 September 1984.
