Biography
Norwegian rifle shooter and Olympic champion who won gold in the 50 meter rifle three positions at the 1952 Summer games in Helsinki. He also competed at the 1956 and 1960 Summer Olympics. He won a total of 13 medals, both in team and individual events, in the ISSF World Shooting Championships from 1947 to 1954.
Kongshaug died on 14 September 1993 in Bærum, Norway, aged 78.
