Biography
American statesman who held diplomatic positions under four presidents, Wilson, Roosevelt and Truman, and Secretary of State 1953-1959 under President Eisenhower. His granddad, John W. Foster, and an uncle, Robert Lansing, both served as Secretary of State.
Dulles died 24 May 1959.
