Biography
Belgian language teacher: astrologer since 1949; fastidious data collector and researcher. He was the director of Dutch and French astrological publications and honorary president of the Belgian Federation of Astrologers.
Died of a heart attack during the annual seminar of the Flemish Association of Astrologers 5/09/1998, 10:32 AM MEDT, Sijsele, Belgium.
