Biography
María Maravillas Pidal y Chico de Guzmán took the name Maravillas of Jesus in religious life as a Carmelite. She died in the convent of La Aldehuela de Getafe on December 11, 1974.
She is considered one of the greatest mystics of the twentieth century.
