Biography
American college basketball coach who most recently was the interim head coach for the UCLA Bruins. As the head coach of the East Tennessee State Buccaneers, he was twice named the conference coach of the year, first in the Southern Conference in 2004 and later in the Atlantic Sun Conference in 2007.
His father, Gene, was a Hall of Fame college basketball coach, coaching UCLA and UAB, among other schools. Murry Bartow holds a B.A. from UAB and a master's degree from Indiana University. He is married to Tammy (née Earley), and they have 3 children together.
