Hello SHOGUN,

As it says in this link: "the time of birth must be known with the greatest precision."

1, 2, 5 and 6: I would summarize only by saying that the essential thing is to obtain the Sidereal Birth Time (TSN) from all the precise birth data (date, place including the very high latitudes and time for not to say real). With this TSN and given the geographical latitude, we can always get the position of the cusps of astrological houses to interpret a natal chart.

The collection of birth data is the first difficulty and perhaps the only one. I find it secondary to scrutinize the movement of a plane (meridian or horizontal) with respect to each other.

For latitudes beyond the Arctic Circle to the Pole, the cusp of House 1 may not be in the zodiac signs of d or j.

3: at latitude 90° North, the cusp of house 1 is at 0° 0' 0" g for a TSN from 0h 0mn 0s to 12h 0mn 0s (not included) and 0° 0' 0" a for a TSN from 12h 0mn 0s and less than 24h 0mn 0s.

4: for a birth on the Arctic Circle:
- with a TSN = 17h 59mn 59s, the cusp of the house 1 = 29° 59' 55" i.
- with a TSN = 18h 0mn 0s, the cusp of the house 1 = 0° 0' 0" a.
- with a TSN = 18h 0mn 1s, the cusp of the house 1 = 0° 0' 8" d.

Hello SHOGUN,

I can not understand in detail the video that you indicated because I understand only French but I translated the comment below: "The Ascendant disappearing at the Arctic Circle: Problem Solved!"

From David Cochrane's Astrology (Added June 1, 2019):
The Ascendant is extremely important in Vedic astrology, ancient western astrology, and modern astrology. There is, however, a problem with the Ascendant: for a brief period of time between Arctic Circle and Ascendant disappears. However, life continues in a smooth manner even though the Ascendant has disappeared.

How do we calculate a chart when there is no Ascendant? Why is it that events when are there no Ascending are not unusual or peculiar in some way? How do we reconcile the fact that when Ascending disappears life is still normal? How do we get in that the Ascendant has disappeared function very normally?

A solution to this problem is proposed. The solution is elegant and simple but it also introduces some new ideas that are quite different.

In astrology the Celestial Horizon is extremely important because it is where the path of the sun intersects the Celestial Horizon that define the extremely important ascendant and descendant are. Similarly, the MC and IC are defined where the very important Meridian Plane intersects the path of the Sun. It is reasonable to expect that a third Great Circle is also known as the world's largest and most important. The world is also important to the Celestial Horizon and the Meridian plane.

By incorporating the intersection points of the Ecliptic Plane (path of the Sun) with the Vertical (Vertex and AntiVertex points) and a concept of the Vertex and Ascendant is complementary and oscillates in different geographic strengths Vertex is strongest at the Arctic Circle and North Pole.

Ascending is solved. These researches can be confirmed with clients.

The Sirius astrology software is used in this video. The software is developed and copyrighted by Cosmic Patterns Software and the company website is http://www.AstroSoftware.com

Is it enough to understand what is involved in the video?
There are indeed two moments of the day when it is said that the Ascendant "jumps" to a place beyond the Arctic Circle. This has already been mentioned on the forum. The Ascendant is always calculable. I think that Astrodienst is very good at doing that too. I can eventually manually calculate the Ascendant's position to the nearest bow-point for any date, any time, and even the most remote place on our planet. I hope this answers your post.

Hello,

I want to collect birth data from people born near or beyond the Arctic Circle (66° 33' N) of Finland, Norway, Sweden, Greenland, Russia, Alaska, Canada, etc ... These people can be famous, but they don't have to be.
If you are a native of these areas, I can give you an interpretation of the gist of your birth chart.  You can contact me by personal message from the forum.

Hello,

if you are from a country near or beyond the Arctic Circle, I can give you my interpretation of the essence of your astral chart and that of the future transits that are significant for you.

I also want to collect birth data of famous people born in these northernmost regions: Finland, Norway, Sweden, Greenland, Russia, Alaska, Canada, etc...

I am also looking for astrological sites dealing with this type of birth.

You can contact me by personal message from the forum.
Thanks for your interest.
