French-born Alpine skier she is a two-time winner of giant slalom races in the FIS World Cup events held at Aspen, CO (2008 and 2010) and double world champion. Worley's father is Australian and she grew up with him in New-Zealand.

Bronze medalist, giant slalom World championships Garmisch 2011.

Gold medalist, giant slalom World championships Schladming 2013 (14 February) and 2017 (16 February), bronze medalist in the 2021 Cortina parallel slalom.

Her fiancé is Julien Lizeroux, ex-skier of the French team (World silver medalist).
