American archivist from a noted family, the eldest son of British philosopher Alan Watts. Following his father's death in 1973, Mark Watts founded the Alan Watts Organization, which houses his father's archive and promotes his teachings. He serves as curator of his father's audio, video and film works and has published content of some of his spoken lectures in print format. He transcribes and edits his father's work and in 2020 published the book, Just So: Money, Materialism, and the Ineffable, Intelligent Universe (Sounds True).
