Biography

British-American humorist and journalist who wrote under the pseudonym of C.F. Browne. He was known for having a fine memory. As he was witty, fresh and original, he also was in demand as a refreshing lecturer from 1866 in the U.K..

Having delicate health, Ward died of consumption on 3/06/1867, Southampton, England.
