French surgeon, one of the first to work on facial reconstructive surgery. His thesis, in 1911, is the first work developed on this subject. He was Chief physician of the Maxillofacial Center of the Paris region, surgeon of the Association of Facial Wounds "Les Gueules cassées," and author in particular of Maxillofacial reconstructive surgery: autoplasties-prosthesis-restoration (1940). He died on 22 June 1949 in Paris at age 61.
