Biography
American twins, a boy and a girl born to a surrogate mom who sued to have the contract voided. They were conceived through artificial insemination with the sperm of Barry Huber; an Arizona farmer. The mom, Laurie Yates of Ithaca, NY, signed a contract to bear the babies for Barry and his wife, Glinda. Yates changed her mind a month pre-birth, stating that the contract was "involuntary servitude." (The case was handled by attorney Noel Keane who had arranged the surrogate contract of "Baby M," another controversial case. The outcome was not given)
