Biography

French chef and businessman who earned three Michelin stars while working at his family's restaurant, "les Frères Troisgros" (The Troisgros Brothers). In the 1980s, he developed a brand of products with the Troisgros name in five boutiques in Japan.

Troisgros was father of Claude Troisgros, a famous restaurateur and TV presenter in Brazil. He died peacefully at his home near Roanne on 23 September 2020 at age 92.
