Biography
French priest, who served at the Diocese of Rennes. He was the founder of "L'Ouest éclair" (The Western Lightning) newspaper and its director from 1899 to 1930.
He also wrote under the pseudonyms Paul Delourme and Félix Moustier.
He died on 26 September 1950.
