Belgian psychologist and man of letters, awarded the Francqui Prize for Human Sciences in 1971 for his work at the Laboratory of Experimental Psychology of the Universite Catholique de Louvain. Georges Thinès died on 25 October 2016 in Court-Saint-Étienne at age 93.
