Bob Stump

Biography

American politician who served as a U.S. Congressman from Arizona, 1977-1983, first as a member from the Democratic Party and then as a member of the Republican Party. Stump was a U.S. Navy World War II combat veteran, having served on the USS Tulagi from 1943 to 1946. He died on 20 June 2003 of myelodysplasia, a blood disorder, aged 76.
