Australian actor, singer and pin-up boy.

Spencer debuted on the stage in 1992 as Christopher Robin in the musical production of "Winnie the Pooh." The next year he appeared as an alien in the American TV series "Time Trax" which was filmed in Australia.

Through his teens, Spencer co-starred as ‘Billy Kennedy,’ 1994-1998 in the long-running Aussie soap opera "Neighbors" which is televised around the world and very popular in Britain. This role led to a nomination for the 1999 Silver Logie for ‘Most Popular Actor’ on Australian television and to principal roles in pantomimes in England where he starred as "Peter Pan," 1998-1999 and Jack in "Jack and the Beanstalk," 1999-2000.

With appearances on TV as well, he won a major role in the Australian feature film "Swimming Upstream," 2003, appearing as champion swimmer Tony Fingleton alongside acclaimed actors Geoffrey Rush and Judy Davis in the Brisbane of the 1950s .

As a boy, Spencer would sign his school paintings ‘Jesse James’ because he was nicknamed after the American outlaw. Tall, good-looking, fair-haired and blue/green-eyed, this pretty boy bachelor has joked, "I like my girlfriends quite tough, the sort who'll punch you back if you punch them."
