Source Notes

Originally this entry had 9pm, with Nick Dagan Best quoting from Queen Victoria's journal, now available online, quoted on the following day: “I heard this morning that dear Vicky had had a daughter yesterday evening at 9, & that both were doing well." http://www.queenvictoriasjournals.org/

On 16 January 2017, Sy Scholfield changed the time to 9:10pm, having forwarded news report from Innsbrucker Nachrichten, 18 June 1870, p. 1: "Die Kronprinzessin von Preußen ist Dienstag Abends 9 Uhr 10 Min. in Potsdam von einer Prinzessin entbunden worden" (On Tuesday the Crown Princess of Prussia was delivered of a princess in Potsdam at 9:10 in the evening).
