Biography
Spanish criminologist and politician, professor at the University of Murcia until the Civil War, the Republican deputy political parties Action and Republican Left during the Second Republic, held the positions of Minister Agriculture and Minister of Justice. After the Spanish Civil War and exile in Mexico and was professor at the UNAM.
He specializes in criminal law , was a renowned criminologist.
He died in 1953
