Biography
Dutch professor and surgeon, who was director of the Amsterdam Department of the Dutch Red Cross. Rotgans published many articles in the Dutch Journal of Medicine, on various topics including osteomyelitis, bile duct surgery, gastrointestinal surgery and peritonitis and wrote a book about the surgery of the abdominal organs. He died in 1948.
