French biologist and pharmacist who created the Laboratory of Ampho-Vaccines in Nice in 1926 in order to develop anti-bacterial therapies. The laboratory produced a range of "bacteriotherapeutic" drugs. A Member of the Academy of Medicine, he was elected correspondent for the Pharmacy Division on 27 June 1944. Ange Denis Ronchése died in Nice on 13 July 1967, aged 85.
