Biography
Italian founder of Rome. According to legend, Romulus and Remus were the twin sons born to Rhea Silvia, daughter of the King of Alba, and Mars, the god of war. They were thrown into the Tiber River in a basket but were cast ashore and raised by a she-wolf. Later they decided to build a city on the spot where they were saved.

Source Notes
PT notes in November 2005 that she downgraded this from DD rating to XX. The original source notes said: "Modern Astrology November 1901, Sepharial wrote a three-page translation of historic records to modern time, equivalents from Tarutius Firmanus, the friend of Varro, with the date of March 27, 770 BC OS. PC gives March 25, 771 BC, 6:00 AM LMT, Rome, from FN, "according to the ancient astrologer, Varro." Wemyss in Modern Astrology March 1932 quotes, "Born in the first year of the second Olympiad (772-771BC) on the 21st Thoth, (March 25, astronomical) at sunrise, according to speculative time deduced by Tarutius, who lived in the time of Varrro (second century BC)." Illustrated Astrol. October 1940 gives March 24, 771 BC "according to Zenit October 1934."
James Holden gives on p. 21 of A Hstory of Horoscopic Astrlogy the date 24 March 771 BC, at sunrise, i.e. a few minutes after 6 am LAT. We have to add 9 minutes for the Equation of time, and arrive at about 6:15 LMT, if we consider six as 'a few minutes'.
