Louis-Gustave Richelot


French surgeon and gynaecologist whose main work appeared in the Union médicale, of which he was director, and in the Dictionnaire encyclopédique des Sciences médicales (Encyclopaedic Dictionary of Medical Sciences). He was one of the first proponents of vaginal hysterectomy.

He died on 9 August 1924, aged 79.
