Biography
French civil engineer (bridges and roads). A teacher at the École des Ponts et Chaussées, he participated with Armand Considère in research related to the work of the Committee on Reinforced Cement, which led to the drafting of the circular of 1906. He died in Paris on 31 March 1925, aged 73.
