Biography

United States Air Force (USAF) Lieutenant Colonel, best known as the last chief officer of Project Blue Book, the USAF's official unidentified flying object (UFO) investigative arm. He headed Project Blue Book from 1963 until its closure in 1970.

He died on 18 May 1998, aged 75, in San Antonio, Texas.
