Luc Picart


French mathematician and astronomer, known for his work on celestial mechanics, and especially on the Chandler wobble.

He was awarded the Kuhlmann Prize of the Society of Science, Agriculture and the Arts of Lille.

He died on 26 December 1956, aged 89.
