Biography

French war prophecy by Léon Sonrel counting to the most astonishing sayings (1870 and WW I). Sonrel (*1839) was a young physician wandering with his friend Tardieu in the Jardin de Luxembourg, Paris. Then, suddenly, looking to heaven, he got a vision full of emotion, in a similar state like somnambulism. The curious in the story: all details he told - the personal ones and later in the future about the ongoing of politics, were fulfilled without exception.

He saw the French defeat at Sedan, the occupation of Paris, his death (short after) and that he'd never see his child. Tardieu told to his friends in may 1914 that the war would begin "before September". His personal life was bound with Sonrel's vision of 1869. He had spoken about the fate of France: "Ah! it is saved! it goes till to the Rhine!...oh France my beloved fatherland..you win...the whole world is admiring you!"

What gives to think: a detailed war prophecy about two wars - 1870/1871 and 1914. His vision began seeing his friend at the station counting coins, later he called every little station on the way to Sedan. He spoke three hours, often hurling, and forgot all. His friend told him what he had seen afterwards.

Researches and reflections show in best cases of prophecy the personal moment comes first, tied with the political development. So the fate of nations and individuals could be foreseen half a century before - as with Vianney and Léon Sonrel.

Sonrel died in december 1870, his friend Amédée Tardieu looked to his children and his wife.

Léon Sonrel is also author of "The bottom of the Sea" (Le fond de la mer)

Source Notes

Fanny Moser:Okkultismus;Richet/de Vesmes/A.S.P.;Klinkowstroem:Prophezeiungen;Osty (1914,1923);Tardieu to Richet (april 1914).

"The Gaulois" writes:(in 1914)"it was about 14:00" (23.7.1869), but Tardieu speaks of a time between "15:00 and 16:00",

there is also a third time giving "17:00" which couldn't be the case, for the conversation during the prophecy lasted nearly the whole afternoon. In lack of the exact time the full moon was taken (for Paris). The exact aspect shows the emotion, trance and perhaps somnambulism.
