Biography

French Mme Lenormands'prophecy (Paris) to a young man of 19 years on 26 december 1879. She studied his hand and told him his father would die in exactly a year. After a short time of soldier he'd marry and have two children, but die with 26 years.

All this happened as she had said: A year later his father died, on 27 december 1880; he was only 7 months a soldier and married young, with two children. Short before his birthday, 4 February 1886, he feared having to die on that date although Mme Lenormand hadn't spoken of a special date.

Liébault, his doc, sent him to an experienced somnambule to take away his conviction. His first question, hypnotized, was: "When shall I die?" When he got the answer: "in 41 years" - he was full of hope, and after his birthday he was happy. But then he died september 30 1886 - in the age of 26 years as Mme Lenormand had told him 7 years ago.
