Biography
Brazilian prince as the second child of João V of Portugal and Maria Ana of Austria, styled Prince of Brazil and Duke of Braganza upon his birth. He died on 29 October 1714 in Lisbon at the age of two, making his brother José (future José I of Portugal) the new Prince of Brazil.
