Paulus (1891 Poster by Sem)


French singer, who was, along with Theresa and Ouvrard, one of the first true stars of the Café chantant ("Singing café"), a cabaret-vaudeville type of musical establishment associated with the belle époque in France.

He died in Saint-Mande on 1 June 1908.
