Biography
American racecar driver in NASCAR and USAC who won the fifth race of the 1953 NASCAR Grand National (now Sprint Cup) season at Charlotte Speedway in his 1953 Oldsmobile. Passwater died in Sarasota, Florida on 10 July 2020 shortly before his 94th birthday.
