Biography

French-American former professional basketball player and majority owner of ASVEL Basket in LNB Pro A. His American father played basketball and moved to France when Tony was 3 months, and his mother was a Dutch model, Pamela Firestone. His three brothers were born in France. For the San Antonio Spurs, Texas, he was NBA champion in 2003, 05, and 07. Then TP won the cup with the French team at the 2013 Eurobasket. In 2014, he won his 4th NBA title with the Spurs and became President of ASVEL (Lyon-Villeurbanne club), succeeding Gilles Moretton.

In 2007, he released a rap album and presented his own show on the radio. TP has got his status in Paris Grévin.

Married (and divorced) to American actress Eva Longoria, now living with Axelle Francine, French web journalist (since 2011).

They have a son, Josh, born 30 April 2014.

Born 15 days before Belgian tennis player Justine Hénin (same ascendant).
