Biography
Japanese earthquake and tsunami with the same epicenter as in 2011 (Fukushima) or in 1896. M=8,4. 3000 victims, most of them died through the tsunami which came to the coast after 3 hours. Its waves had a height of nearly 30m. 7000 houses were destroyed,especially the villages of Taro and Iwate (nowadays Miyako).Local time:02.31 (3 march)
