Source Notes
Sy Scholfield quotes him in "Rhythm Music Magazine: RMM" Volumes 3-4, Issue 1 (1994), p. 109: "'After I wrote this song ['Angelus'], I was looking through my papers when I discovered I had been born at six o'clock in the evening. So I took a walk in myself.' A statement on the inside cover of Angelus says: 'If I hadn't been born in my time, at the right hour, maybe Milton Nascimento the person would not exist at all.'"
