Biography

American transplant surgeon who was a clinical professor of transplant surgery at the University of Minnesota. Najarian was a pioneer in thoracic transplant surgery.

Najarian is the father of NFL football player and CNBC market analyst Pete Najarian and options trader Jon Najarian.

He died on the night of 1 September 2020 at age 92 in Stillwater, Minnesota.
