Belgian pharmacist and medical writer, who served as Senior Inspector of Pharmacists and Secretary of the Official Pharmacopoeia Commission.
He taught chemistry and physics at the Saint-Louis Institute from 1898 to 1899. From 1898 to 1908, he worked as Head of Technical Service and Director of Chemical Manufacturing at the Central Pharmacy of Belgium. He became President of the Académie royale de Médecine de Belgique in 1939.
He died at Hal on 26 July 1951, aged 76.
