German dermatologist and lecturer at the University of Hamburg where he developed the dermatological clinic (serological and histological laboratory, photolaboratory). Mulzer wrote numerous books, mainly about venereal diseases, and studied pigmentation "for the detection of races and racial impacts".
In February 1933 he joined the NSDAP (Nazi Party).
He died on 5 February 1947, aged 66.
