Source Notes

Sy Scholfield quotes him in "High Fidelity," 1981, Volume 31, Issues 7-12, p. xxii: "I was born lucky, under the sign of Aries. My rising sign is Cancer. My moon is in Scorpio."

A speculative time of 11am gives mid Cancer rising.
