Jose Luis Molina Quesada

Costa Rican jurist, politician and teacher. In 2009, at 82 years old, he graduated Doctor of Education at the University of La Salle. Since his student years at the University of Costa Rica was an activist in the Study Centre for National Issues, the Social Democratic Party and National Liberation. He was a deputy of the Legislative Assembly from November 1953 to December 1957. Elected deputy again May 1966 to April 1970. During this last period he was named president of the Legislative Assembly from May 1969 to April 1970. In the exercise of this office participated in the Mediating Commission of the Central Conflict Honduras-El Salvador. He was CEO of Costa Rica at the seminar on "Youth participation in the dissemination of human rights", held in Belgrade, Yugoslavia, Permanent Representative of Costa Rica to the United Nations (1970-1973). He was Judge of the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court since its inception in 1989.
