Italian geographer, Esperantist and academic. With his brother Bruno Migliorini, a linguist, he published in 1925 the first edition of Esperanta Legolibro, an anthology of selected texts destined to be used by the self-taught Italian student to improve his/her knowledge of the language. Six editions were published altogether, the latter revised and corrected by Elio Migliorini himself.
He died in Rome on 7 December 1988, aged 86.
