Charles Michels

French trade unionist and communist activist, who served as an MP of the 15th arrondissement in Paris.

He was one of the 48 hostages executed on 22 October 1941 in Chateaubriant in retaliation for the killing of Karl Hotz, a German engineer and soldier.
