Biography
German violinist and violin pedagogue, who founded the Michaelis Quartet in 1912, undertook a tour of Germany with pianist Max von Pauer in 1917, and in the 1930s turned to contemporary music.
She died on 14 October 1969 in Munich, aged 87.
