Percival Lowell

Biography

American author, scientist and astronomer. He is known for his belief of the possibility of life on Mars and for building the Lowell Observatory at Flagstaff, AZ. In 1905 he predicted the discovery of the planet Pluto, and has authored several books.

Lowell died 11/12/1916 Flagstaff, AZ.
