Birth certificate (no. 16) downloaded from Finistère online archives stating "cinq heures du matin" (five o'clock in the morning). Same in Didier Geslain archive, 'L' pdf file, p. 38.

Previously this entry had the 5th, misquoting Gauquelin Vol 1/185. A mistake was later made giving the birth time as 5 PM. This was corrected to 5 AM on 17 January 2020.
